The R-Dug team signs a second album upbeat and huge: Elephant Kush
Guitare player Florent Fusillier brings an original touch with his various influences,like Touareg music, rock, and of course Dub.
Tracks inspired by mystic bands like Ludwig von 88 with the track Hellebore, Barrington Levy with the track Galant Captain, Improvisators dub with Mecanic Skank, and Soufi with Tanaghmelt dub.
Mixed by Gautier Baus Lagarde and mastered by Brice Martin, the 12 tracks are neat,and last,for most of them, more than 5 minutes each.
Like the first album,the visual artwork was taken care of by Gabriel Girerd (high tone,filastine) adding energy to this already amazing album.
Bruno Pronesti plays a bigger part with his singing, going from deep to high notes with amazing ease.He stays faithful to his musical devices,which allow him to write his Patterns, or if you prefer the Curls,which he has a lot of fun with.
Indeed,what comes out of this album and the team,is their dynamic and their happiness.

L'équipe de R-DUG signe un deuxième album entrainant et massif : Elephant Kush.
Le guitariste Florent Fusillier apporte la touche originale avec ses diverses influences comme la musique Touareg, le rock, et bien sur le dub.
Des morceaux forcement inspirés par des groupes mythique comme les Ludwig von 88 avec le morceaux Hellebore,
Barrington Levy avec le morceaux Galant Captain, Improvisators dub avec Mecanic Skank et la culture Soufi avec Tanaghmelt dub.
Mixés Par Gautier Baus Lagarde et Mastérisé par Brice Marin, les 12 titres sont soignés et dépassent pour la plupart les 5 minutes.

Comme pour le 1er album, le visuel à été confié à Gabriel Girerd (High Tone, Filastine), rajoutant de l'énergie à cet album déjà si surprenant.
Bruno Pronesti quant à lui, occupe une place plus importante au chant en passant du grave à l'aigu avec une aisance déconcertante.
Il reste fidèle à ses machines qui lui permettent de composer ses Patterns ou si vous voulez les boucles avec lesquelles il s'amuse.

Car oui, ce qu'il ressort avant tout dans cet album et cette équipe, c'est la dynamique et la joie de vivre.
